You will never guess what I found at a boot sale at the weekend just gone......a small box of lead miniatures, most of which were nice......but I had to hide my joy at finding a Citadel unreleased Stormtrooper.....God alone knows how he managed to end up in that little pile of lead....I have to say I didn't point anything out to the seller who just said 'old Warhammer I was told, not mine....' The only thing I know is that Citadel went for a licence that was never granted and only a handful of figures were sculpted. Two Stormtroopers that I am aware of. I was thinking just the other day that it's unlikely that good stuff can be found at car boots these days...
ReplyDeleteFirst time I've found anything in a heck of a long time. In fact I can't remember the last decent car boot find. Even charity shops have completely dried up. Last good find was about 12 years ago!
